File a case with ebay they almost always take the buyers side. And I think maybe if you modd it you could bypass not sure though.

So i found a way to bypass it, i need to re generate a hacked image using a donor kv, does anyone have one!? It would be much appreciated.

send a complaint to ebay about the console because you but the console not know about this because he did not describe that was a issue and then call paypal saying your item was shipped and received but was not as described and you want a refund
