It won't open because it can't connect to JRPC or XRPC. You need to have xbdm.xex, RPC.xex and JRPC.xex set as plugins in order for it to run. And yes it is for TU6.

Im not connected to anything I just want to view the tool and see how it is and how it looks like. my laptop not opening it for me

You can't run it unless it can connect. I set it up that way, therefore you no longer need to have to press the connect button every time. My newer tool I am adding a system where you can run everything off of a text file, you can choose auto-connect On/Off on start-up and several others all of which are through a settings button.

I can open your corruption tool. I cant open the all client stats editor fix the ghoststool.exe. and you file in corruption file there is a ghoststool.exe and that cant open either. But you set yours like that? But what aboutbthe other one the all client stat ghost tool?

Im on mobile my keyboard is small and when I text fast i click other letters sorry. But i can not open ghoststool.exe. this is in the all client stat editor file. but i can open your corruption tool.

Doesn't make the situation better, I type this well on my phone too. It just takes more time. Anyways as I didn't make the GhostsTool.exe which was the All Client Stat Editor tool I wouldn't know the problem. I'm assuming it is a .NET Framework problem where you should just install v4.5.1. However I only remade that tool after decompiling it's source and changing/adding a few things and recompiling it. No hard work on my part.
