Black Op 2 doesn't take much to run, although you're on integrated graphics.
I don't know about 60 FPS but on the lowest setting you might be able to play without lagging.

you will not get 60fps even on lowest the max youll get is 20 since your useing intel graphics

This is an extract from the videos description

The gameplay was recorded in 800x600 resolution half size on fraps, rendered in 720p, and played with the graphics set to the bare minimum aside from automatic textures. The fps is shown in the upper right, and ranged from 30-45 frames per second while recording.
Specs:
Intel Core i3 2350M @ 2.3GHz
4GB DDR3 Ram.
Intel HD 3000.

So with you having an i5 instead of an i3 you should be god for at least 5 extra fps
