Right, to be fair you could spend 1000 Canadian Dollars and still get a good build if you didn't need peripherals. But since you have such a high budget you can definitely look at a high end intel build.

Yep, it probably will. I'll edit that. Basically bottlenecking is where one item is largely better and runs faster and has to wait on the other item in this case the GPU. An I7 would be great.

Quick edit ^ I used an old build and left the i5 in, I've switched some things out and included watercooling for when you overclock.

An i5 will definitely NOT bottleneck 2 780's.
If all you want to do is game, then the i5 is all you need. As long as you have the budget, and in this case, he does.
An i7 will have almost no effect in gaming applications.

Gonna pass on the 2 780s but in what situation would it bottle neck it?

Ohh and the edit on that build is too much. looking for under 1800 now because take will bring it up so much.

Want to buy parts tomorrow morning or today if I can get a build I like!

Use the 4670K I don't think there will be a bottleneck, It should run everything you want fine and It's 1705 Canadian Dollars so It's within budget right? But if you want to do editing then an i7 would probably suit you better.
