The best thing would to find a free/cheap webhost. I've used [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] before (paid) and found them pretty good.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] only downfall is that it's only php 4 doesnt support php 5. (This is a problem if you want to use anything newer than phpbb, or mybb, like vbulletin or xenforo)
