Evading 1* level = 999,900 RP (based on 100rp gained per evasion)
Evading 2* level= 1,999,800 RP (based on 200rp gained per evasion)
Evading 3* level = 2,999,700 RP (based on 300rp gained per evasion)
Evading 4* level = 3,999,600 RP (based on 400rp gained per evasion)
Evading 5* level = 4,999,500 RP (based on 500rp gained per evasion)

Don't do any missions, races or jobs. If you want RP, just get a 2* wanted level and evade the cops, that will get you basically 2 million RP, which would level you up to at least 80-90
