I've been trying to do the rare car glitch to get un-obtainable cars online but I'm using the xLag program to lag my xbox but the program has no effect on my connection whatsoever? Is there any way to sort this out, if anyone has any suggestions I'll happily rep them, thanks guys!

The same thing was happening with me. All I did was right clicked on it and I clicked run as administrator. That worked for me, hope it works for you
