So yeah, it took me a while to cool down. I came home today to turn on my brand new smart TV and it has a huge mark in middle of TV and it wont show video... I look around to see what could of happened and well they knocked it over and it broke they said. So it broke my TV and all the wires in the back bent. So in total i lost my TV and my Xbox Gaming Head Set (Turtle Beaches). Sorry if you dont care at all but this is what im feeling right now in my life.

You should have insured the Tv, especially if you have people in your house all day. I don't feel any sympathy for you.

Well thanks for your opinion. I wasn't expecting anything like this as my cleaning ladies come once every 2 weeks. I keep everyone else out of my room too, so that's why i didn't get insurance. Thanks for the harsh comment too. Didn't really need that

Are they going to have to pay for it since they broke it? Also when you bought it did you pay for any form of insurance,or did it come with a factory warranty?

If they refuse to pay, the best thing you could do is take them to small claims court.

Well i treated this thing preciously. I threw out box because i planned on not letting anything happen to it. But since it happened when i wasnt there to protect it at all i couldn't do anything. It has receipt but it was on sale because i bought it during Christmas sales. TV is now $500+More

I don't think i would end up going to court over this. I sure as hell want my TV back, but if they don't do anything to benefit me i will have them stop coming. They said they would talk it over and figure out what happened then go from there. We will see
