I received this and had no idea what to do with it. The person who had it had activated it somehow and he literally had a wisp just following him. Any ideas what to do? I tried using it; The wisp just disappeared.
The text on the wisp says: "Pandoran Wisps are mischievous sprites captured from the swamps around Jakobs Cove. Only one Wisp can be released at a time."
It also registers as a relic and ammo?
