You cannot yet but eventually (next few months) you will be able to live stream through apps like Twitch just like what you can do now on the PS4.

This is something i was pondering on myself soi contacted support about it all they said was, As the console is still in development we are not certain but you can expect some great new features in the future.

Just to let everyone know i heard people talking about xbox will start banning if you are using bad words in your streams or something like that dont know if it is true yet

An update is supposed to be released Q1 2014 that will let you stream.
Just to let everyone know i heard people talking about xbox will start banning if you are using bad words in your streams or something like that dont know if it is true yet

I think if Twitch sees you fooling around violating their ToS they will inform Microsoft and make them aware of what you are doing. Since cursing isn't against Twitch ToS I don't think Microsoft will ban you
