a skyrim save with all the ingredients (a lot of ingredients) and nothing else

Modders won't create the saves, you have to provide the basis as well as the codes for what you seek. Do that and you'll get seen, don't and you will never obtain what you seek.

making some powerful potion and just stating a new with the potions
