Someone Please help

Drivers up to date, java reinstalled, no mods, OoenGL supported by GPU


System Specs:
CPU: Intrl Core i7 820 @ 1.73GHz
RAM: 8.2GB
OS: Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64 Bit
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4670
