I just got this phone a few days after christmas, and it's been working fine, up until this morning. I put it on charge overnight and now the screen whenever I plug-in or put a little pressure near the charging port, the screen either goes black or starts to twitch then cuts out as if I pressed the lock/power button then when I try to turn it on it'll give me a white(as if no signal is being recieved like an older TV) screen and then I'll need to pull the battery. Of course this happens on a weekend when my stores and services are down so here's my next-best-bet.
What should I do? Try to get in contact with my customer service(which I feel like I have a higher chance of winning the lottery sometimes) or go to my nearest store on Monday or what? Please help
