I hate how PC gamers always think that they are better than everyone else. Honestly every single person that I met that games on PC plays LoL or WoW something I can do on a $300 laptop.
You don't need a $2000 computer to play Minecraft.
Then they brag and brag and brag about how consoles are s**t compared to PCs.
It's like really?!?! What makes you better than everyone else?
I enjoy playing on a console because I have been for 10+ years.
Having a PC doesn't make you a better gamer or a more hardcore gamer at all, yet they think they do.
Now I know not everyone is like this but the majority are. I have met some really nice people that play PC games or have made the switch. I just hate the Elitists who think they are better than everyone.

Have you ever owned a Gaming PC? If you have you will know why they act like that. I don't think I'm a better than anyone because I use both. I use the console when I wanna play games like CoD, Halo, and GTA 5 (with the exception of BF) and my Gaming PC when I wanna just play games like Skyrim, GTA 4 and down, Sims, etc. Of course I use my PC for MMORPGs, but that's a given.

Gaming PCs will always be better than Consoles. That's why people who own them think they are better.

I recently switched over from console to PC

The PC is so much better, I paid around 650 GBP for mine
I play LOL and Minecraft on it, but I also play BF4, Rust and DayZ

The enjoyment I get from the PC is crazy, I see gaming as how much fun im having

Being with consoles for over 10 years the new ones was exciting on announcement then I realised how horrible they would be for me with the limitations of Microsoft (I was an Xbox fanboy)

Moving onto PC was the best change for me... It would probably be the best change for everyone seen as they are greater in many ways

Yes, I know they have better specs and stuff but they always shove your face in the dirt. It's like the bully who takes your lunch money.
Just because they like what they have doesn't mean I can't like what I have.
And yes I had a gaming PC but sold it because I used my console more.

In what ways are they better? And don't just say better graphics or a faster operating system.
And no it's not better for me.

Nothing you can really do about that. I know the type you are talking about. But if they were truly enjoying themselves on the PC and actually had friends they wouldn't have to shove anything in your face. Obviously they are the ones who need comfort, not you. So in a way, you are better off.

If that doesn't already make it better. Then ask yourself this.

What does a console have that a PC doesn't have and better?

Apart from you pointing out the obvious which clearly makes it better

You have steam (cheaper games)

You dont have to pay for XBL or PS+

Your stuck with your limited HDD space 500gb (new consoles) (they do say external ones will be released later on)

If your game is boring, take Skyrim for an example, I could go download countless mods for it, can you?

A PC has upgradable hardware so you can make your gaming experience even better

You dont even have to use the PC just for gaming, they are many more things you can start doing with a PC like Graphics

I know the console is better for some people, I thought it was for me. The console comes as a complete package, you know what you are getting

The PC gives you a huge variety of things to do

Except to me all that stuff doesn't matter. It seems like no one can sit down and play the game.
I have steam on my computer and 95% of the game don't appeal to me. It's just a big money pit.
You say cheaper games and no XBL? All the parts and upgrades you can do cost lots of money.
To me mods are dumb. They don't appeal to me. I have seen mods for Fallout and Skyrim none of which make the game "better." Most people cheat with mods as well which ruins the game.
I can do graphics on my $400 laptop if I wanted too (and no I am not on that now I am on my desktop).
And also you can upgrade your storage space. And how is 500GB not enough? There are numerous videos on YouTube of people modding their Xbox One with more storage etc.
My friend plays BF4 and DayZ a lot. The thing is he has a $400 desktop from WalMart that runs it perfectly not $2000 "uber haxor ultimate alien gaming razr x gpdxyz 4000 2.0" PC.

You know you can buy a Maxed Out Gaming PC for $400-$800. Well, make I should say. We get what you are trying to say, but now it seems like you are trying to say that consoles are better than Gaming PCs. Like I said above, Gaming PCs will always be better. Any gamer who knows a little about a PC and console knows that too. The gap between PC vs. Console is people want to claim they have the better system.

Snap back to reality, Gaming PC will always be better than a Console. I use my console more since my friends are on there more, but it doesn't change the fact that my Gaming PC will be better.

My dad has never really been a person for console gaming and has always loved PC gaming. frankly, I find they're both awesome and both have their faults as well.
