I have the same problem for DL 3.08. I was told to reflash the NAND.. but haven't tested it yet.

Try using dash launch 3.10 it might just work

What is your purpose for use of Dashlaunch 3.08? If it is to get online with stealth just add your own Launch.ini to the root of you HDD.
If it is for just Jtag use in general (not online), just use Dashlaunch 3.10

People don't understand how the non-official release of an updated DashLaunch works, so I'm going to briefly explain.
1) Build a NAND with the updated xeBuild GUI that XBLSE released publicly. By default, DashLaunch will be installed in the NAND, but confirm that the checkbox for DashLaunch is checked just to be sure.
2) Flash the NAND onto your Xbox 360 console
3) There you go. DashLaunch is now installed
DashLaunch gets installed into your NAND, so you don't even need to run the installer. Just place your desired launch.ini on the root of your HDD or a USB and you are good to go.
