1. I would take the mans cigarette and stick in his eye, while he's in pain ill lay the smackdown and throw him in a bin [hoping he's dead] and walk away.

3: i take some grass off the field throw it at one of them punch him in the face break his spine against my knee take his baseball bat and break one guys shins, smash 2 of the other guys heads, (by this time theres about 3 guys left and me going full rage mode,) crack the baseball bat in half and hopefully it turns spiky and shove it through 1 guys abdominal region out through his back into the other guys abdominal region

The field in the middle of nowhere.

He's smoking so there's a good cover up, simply suffocate him to death and leave the cigarette as if he died from the smoke. This is assuming he's a "pack a day man"
