Is this possible to do without Jtaging or flashed console?
I have some films downloaded on my computer and I have a 32 GB memory stick I want to put these of the memory stick onto my Xbox hard drive so they are always there is this possible or would I have to watch them of the memory stick. If this is can you post a tutorial or right me a tutorial so I can do it.

I'm pretty sure you can
If you just plug your USB into your console, go to your memory, and transfer them across, they should appear in the Xbox Video section of the console.
What I used to do, is set up my Windows Media Center on my Xbox and Computer, so you could use that if it doesn't work, just PM me if you any issues
