I wanted to use dudeitbrians rape tool so i set JTAGRPCv2.xex as a plugin in the .ini. So i then turned my console off then when i try and boot it with the HDD it just turns of. How can i take that launch ini off the hdd? I don't have a transfer cable. Any suggestions? Help is much appreciated

Turn on Console, right as you see the ROL flash press the eject button (this bypasses all Dashlaunch settings). Open XeX Menu and delete it.

I can also confirm this works, just to reassure you.

if eject button didnt work (didnt for me) this was my method. it gets the job done lol.:
if you have the launch.ini file on your computer great if not download one or something. edit the launch.ini plugins so only xbdm.xex is the only plugin at first.. save it and put it on a usb. now plug the usb in with the hdd in and it should launch now open up neighborhood and go to retail hdd and the edited launch.ini file that was on the desktop ( the one you put on the usb ) drag that into the root of hdd, it will ask to replace and you put yes to all. and now you can reboot without the usb. if you have XBLStealth.xex set that as the plugin in the launch.ini that you dropped into the hdd. This is what i did lemme know if it works pm me if you have any questions.

Neighborhood wouldn't work since your plugins will be disabled when you press eject on bootup, since you're disabling Dashlaunch and thus plugins, including xbdm.xex to make it work.
