Im building a BPL team for 40k. I dont know what formation to use.

definitely Pick the 4-2-3-1 Dont personally like to play with wingers while using prem teams i think the the best players in prem are the CAM/CM/CDM and the formation is the best for that

I would use 4-2-3-1 to be honest. It provides a lot cleaner play and overall is a fun formation to play with.
