SO it booted the first time... then i wanted to change the HDD.. i turned it off.. swapped the HDDS... and now like... when i turn it on just the power button lights up.. not the controller.. or the controller lights on the console... i changed back to the original HDD.. and its still the same...... how do i fix thiss

that happened to me, it had a bad flash, so wat u need to do is send it off to get repaired because of the bad flash on your DVD Drive

You can use the debain .iso disk. And then boot through xell and then use filezilla to soft flash it to your xbox. It seems difficult. But it really isn't.
