I am new to GTA and so I went to buy property online because I have the money. I clicked purchase and then it told me I can not buy property until Simeon calls you. How and when can I get him to call me?

No. I'm only a level 5. And that's legit.

Well I would say when I unlocked properties it was around level 20 or so. Then again I didn't have enough money for even the cheapest apartment until about that level. Did you get the money from a DNS server?

Happened to me as I had to much money .. And I was a low level....
