So I have enough money to buy a next gen console, I'm really interested in the ps4 because it just suits my needs better and its also cheaper, but one thing that I havent really been able to find that much info for is on the party chat, because thats what won me over in the whole xbox 360 vs ps3 battle, so do you guys use the new party chat system alot? or is it uncommon, also how good it is compared to the xbox 360 party chat?

I have owned both consoles and I can highly recommend the party for the ps4. The party can hold up to8 members and is fully functional like the Xbox eg kicking etc.i personally am a sony fan through and through but Xbox one me over with the whole party chat feature last time around. The ps4 in comparison to Xbox 360 is pretty much the same but it's better knowing that ps4 has party chat as they missed out last time ,

Hope I helped overall it's similar in most terms but it feels better knowing ps4 had this feature,

Well...why not? I mean it is better than Xbox One. If you choose Xbox One you'll play games that are only 720p and usually 30fps.

PS4 party chat is pretty sweet. You can even name your party, make it joinable to friends of friends or invite only, can hold 8 people, you can view all parties your friends are in from the party screen (no need to view all your friends profiles to see), has game chat/party chat capabilities. I would recommend going with the PS4 if you prefer it. If your not a Plus member you can still join parties and watch Netflix ^_^
