Hey I need one more task to complete manager tasks and I get a gold pack but the last one is to change my club ball but I do not know how, anyone no? ( this is my first FIFA game)

Ok... Let's do this. Go to Ultimate team > My Club > Search for a items in club > Ball > Choose another ball > Press X > Make Active.
