I have had this system since the release date and it has just disapointed me when it comes to online features.
The games, graphics, some features, and the slickness of the system is wonderful, but ever since day 1 the psn has been down at least every other day. I just dont understand why they do not focus on the psn or the live and make it 10x better/stronger for all the traffic. They know they are going to get bombarded with kids over the holidays.
Finally, when i call or chat a support specialist all they do is send me to a forum of non professional posts telling me false information and always have an excuse when i ask what they are going to do or what time itll be back up.
i know in the future itll be flawless, but right now its just a nightmare.

Since release its only been down a few times. I personally hate Microsoft. I'm playing right now just some features aren't working. I do agree that they need to have more servers to handle the traffic.

I mean what do you expect though when the ps4 are just in their start. It will get better within the next couple of months
