Turn on the power and hit all the DefCon levers then go through the telaporter

when the crazy guy comes it unlocks it and u can follow him in the teleporter it will have a pack-a-punch picture in the teleporter and u just go in it and your there

Turn on all the defconz once the powered on the will be in the 2nd floor three on the outside ring and two on the floor Level

i figured it out just now lolz you have to activate all the Defcon switches in the map ;)

but i did it in order, so you should do that too ;) enjoy and rep if you want too!
