Well as its pretty clear a lot of money/rp mods are in the game and legit players like myself join regular lobbies and modders force money on to us. My question is if we have too much money and we didn't mod or anything can we still get banned? Thanks

Yes. You can get banned. But make sure to get to the Rockstar website, and submit a Ticket, and tell them what happened. Telling them who, how it happened, and telling them to remove x amount of money.

I'm seeing quite a few players being banned. If they have suspicions on how you've obtained what you have, anything is possible. I would be careful if I were you.

No, you will not be bannnd I talked to a rockstar agent for 3 hour's and they said no, Worse is they would take your money away that's it, no hardcore things such as console banned or account banned. do not worry I am level 512 with 65 billion
