The specs: Intel I7 4770K quad core processor
MSI GAMING SERIES (with the dragon logo) Motherboard
MSI GAMING SERIES (again the dragon) NVIDIA GTX760 4GB video card (The more expensive 4GB version instead Of the 2GB)
8GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR Platinum1866MHZ DDR3 ram. With the lighted bar at the top of heatsink.
CORSAIR H55 closed loop liquid cooling system (no maintenance needed)
256GB Samsung EVO 2.5" SSD
3TB 7200 RPM HDD
Pioneer blu ray/dvd burner
950 Watt Antec PSU
Price doesn't concern me so don't tell me if i could get any better parts. just tell me if it can run any game on the market at max settings.

That looks like a great build, if i could change anything;
-I would maybe get a Nvidia GTX 770 rather than the 760.
-You could save money on that processor as that is a very good processor so if you want to save money on the pc i would advise getting maybe an i5 or a less recent release of an i7 processor.
Overall looks beast

It's really not overkill. It's a high end build except for the graphics card. If you really want to play new games at max setting with a single gpu build you want a gtx 780/780ti or r9 290/290x

Getiing 16 gigs of ram is totally pointless unless hes doing some major editing.

The i7 is overkill is he's only gaming
the gpu can be upgraded to a 770 and no need to go higher
no need for a 950 watt psu overkill
Really most of this isnt needed.
