Yes, It has been confirmed that there sending out Console Ban's.

very unlikely. most i can see happening is an account ban (suspension time is up to the enforcement team). and a perm ban/cheater pool for gta.

I do it because I like making peoples day better, they are always cheered up when they see dat 2 bil dollars from me. In fact. On christmas day im going around giving billions to random people
