Im online trying to the the sultan and im in the dessert and I cant find 1. ive been looking for a total of about 8 hours and still havnt found 1. Is there a new spawn loaction? Please help!

It spawns by trevors house and around that area at approximately 5:00 or morning time whatever you prefer
