Ok So i always have 13 Ping on internet day to day usage

When i play a game i get 30 that then goes up to 700 in 20 seconds how can i prevent this???

try to make sure your not downloading anything, and make sure no one in your family is downloading anything, also if your using wireless you may be too far away from the router
