Alrighty so i didn't know what i was doing and changed the xp multi to something that gave me 299 levels from level 1. I then deleted my char and started up the tutorial on the new char... I didn't expect me to go from lvl 1-1000 from a single race and ive dashboarded because i didn't want to get reported for hacking because there was 7 other people doing the tutorial. So i deleted that account and made a new char and now i can't load gta online. I need some help as i play with friends and if i can't play it will be quite sad. So the last char i made it started to load gta online then it was just falling through the map while loading online. Then i dashboarded and now i can't even load online and i seem to have 1Bil cash on the new char even though i didn't even get into the game yet to do the tutorial. Does anyone know a way to revert back to my lvl 300 and maybe derank the levels or a way to fix this error thanks.

EDIT: Ive deleted everything dealing with gta 5 and cleared the cache on hard drive i also installed gta again and downloaded the free updates beach bum... I am still having this error where i can't load gta online and when i click swap char's i see 1b in the bank even though the account is level 1 and never been in game.
