Okay guys so I have been designing for a while however i took on someones work to design them a new logo for there company! I normally specialize in gaming graphics and basically asking me to do him a logo which contained three letters of his company. So i offered him a 5 price and told him my working background and gave him some of the work i had done. He replied to me with a negative attitude after he had seen my logo and i offered to recreate another or alter my work but there was yet more negative attitude and resulted in him deleting me! This is his current logo,

This is the logo i designed,

Let me know what you guys think?
I know its not pro but its not meant to be, the logo is a base outline and was to be filled with the same texture as his old one so it matched, the colour is there so he knows what the colour code is.
Maybe with this being a first try for any company business logo i will be sure to make the finished product before anything also i am not asking about the graphics of the logo but the shape and form of it!
Thanks!

Logo is too childish and looks like a shitty font.. his old logo is way more professional.

Looks like something for a Call of Duty montage community channel of YouTube, good effort though!

Yes, the logo you've shown is quite bad. It's extremely unprofessional, and just about no business would use it. Logo designing is a hard task. There are a lot of fundamentals and principles you need to first understand.

If you truly want to get better at it, I recommend posting this in the Graphics/Photo Gallery section. You can probably get Daemon-Inkz to respond. He's probably the best on this site at making logos, but there's quite a few others (like myself) that can help you understand some principles of logo design. Be prepared though, they will dog this, then give it some good "CnC".
