Everyone with the Level 1000 and the Timing Out when joining GTA Online Please read!
What you want to do is
1. Unlinkyour Rockstar Social Club account from your Xbox.
2. Delete your GTA Online character.
3. Start from scratch!
Now you may have doubts about deleting your character because maybe you have Nice Cars and Good Skill Attributes but the only solution to this problem so far is to Delete your character. You may wait a couple of days to see if Rockstar fix the issue but if you were using the DNS you should do this ASAP because there is a very high chance you will get banned for this!
