HOW TO:


1. At the dashboard Go to System Settings.

2. Select Network Settings.

3. Choose the connection you are connected to.

4. Choose Configure.

5. Click DNS

6. Click Manual

7. Then Change DNS - Primary.

8. Enter: 199.101.103.67

THIS WILL BOOT YOU OFFLINE. Just sign back in. DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.

9. Load up GTA, then go to online , Invite only session, or ordinary online.


You will now be able to...


1) Kill pedestrians and pick up MILLIONS

2) Set bountys on peoplefor 2 billion dollars

3) XP is drastically increased

4) Do missions / jobs and get alot of money and share the billions with people.

5) Everything is really cheap to buy and alot of stuff is free!





Best ways to use these mods to level up:



1) Do the race called " Taking off" , Dont worry about the settings, leave it all as it is:)

Will gain you about 300k+ RP

And atleast 1 billion dollars.



2) Do the race criminal records, 3 LAPS and you will get A TON OF XP AND ONE HECK OF ALOT OF MONEY.
