Please be advised, this is still modding and as such always carries the risk of penalty's
Please note this is just a bypass and not a permanent solution. You do not need a computer or anything other than an internet connected console, either ps3/xbox360
Step 1
Clear system cache
Step 2
Configure your primary DNS on your console to 23.228.235.159 and secondary to 0.0.0.0
Step 3
Log back into Live/PSN and join your friends.
You will still be a cheater, but you dont have to spend it in the pool.
PS: You must be running the mod...

or if you want to mod aswell just use wan5 and you can do the same
