And I am glad he got fired from it.
Yes you have the right to freedom of speech and religion, but you also don't have the right to discrimination. So discriminating against gays isn't free speech.

Let's be practical now. There most likely going to bring Phil back in the next season. They'll probably sit him down and talk to him.

They wouldn't bring him back after that comment he made. Paula Dean admitted that 20 years ago she has said the N-word. They fired her for that instantly and just recently brought her back. This is a lot worse considering the things he said..and obviously just said them.

Americas free speech? If people don't like what he says, then don't listen.

I read a article the other day that saying that the family stated they wouldn't do the show without Phil.

I'm not sure if the article came from a reliable source though.

I don't think he needed to say that on the show but I want him back.
