Pc in my opinion but the specs of games are constantly changing so that's why I went with Xbox One. (also no Halo )

PC's can play some great games that are never going to be on consoles such as Xbox One, and vice versa. They're both very fun, so it's up to you depending on what kind of games you'll be playing.
