Okay so I am pretty sure I set everything up perfectly, I followed several guides but every time I am about actually load into my apartment online I get the error, "Alert: Timed out when checking compatibility pack configuration. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V."

Will rep generously for any help which resolves this problem.
