I have unplugged my ethernet cord from my computer, deleted all files for tunestable.json or whatever deleted the port foward and turned my pc off and turned my xbox off and im still getting a multiplyer of cash and I have like 3 billion and I dont want it i want to be regular again.

1. Unplug ethernet cable that goes from Xbox to laptop. Close down Apache.
2. In xbox, go to System settings and find your harddrive, press Y to clear cache.
3. In your harddrive, find gtav, then find GTA Title Update. Delete it. Then turn off xbox.
4. Connect your xbox to the normal internet connection (wireless or cable to router)
5. Turn on xbox and start GTA, download the Title Update again when they ask for it. Now you have successfully turned off your mods.
