What all do I have to do to duplicated a Expensive car? I've heard about needing to buy another house or something? Will rep for help

You get in the car you wanna dupe to your friend in your garage then he gets in the passenger seat, then you whilst still in the garage, buy another apartment in the same facility (same building) and it will become your friends car but you sill have it
