Ok my video is upload since 3 November 2013
and today youtube send me a message on my email

Warning your video be copy on youtube, and now have this

I can delete my video or re-upload the new one.

Umm, I can't really tell what your error is (Im assuming your from a different country?)

My only suggestion, not knowing what the issue is, is to re-upload the video.
