title says it all, i have my friends used premium code so i wondering if i could somehow figure out a way and get it also.

You might be able to ring xbox support and say you received a code and it has said its in valid they may give you a new code or some sort of compensation reward. I have no clue if this will work I know people do this for free codes.

Say that you were scammed and you sent another user the code, Microsoft support will ask you for the code and your gamertag, Since it is your friends, this could work, Worth the try
