How do I post videos on here? and by that I don't mean a link that people have to click. Nobody likes clicking links lol.

How can I post a video where they can watch it straight from my topic post?
I've tried clicking the little youtube icon right above where you compose a message and nothing happened

copy url from youtube video, then click youtube button and paste url there

When I try to click the Youtube button, nothing happens. :O
