Hello, I want to start a Photoshop team. I haven't decided on a name, but maybe if someone wants to join they can help. You must know some stuff about GFX. This team will create free graphics for members, create tutorials and help others. Some of my work will be shown below in the example.

In my opinion, the three examples you provided are not the work of an "experienced" photoshopper. You have little blending, depth, and your text is awful.
Heres an example of good work by me.
