You just have a problem with it because it has been credited to Obama. Plus, it was nothing more than an advanced form of Romney care. Yet, Romney and everyone else has a problem with it when Obama tries to use it on the federal level. Obama based his healthcare on Romney's healthcare in Masachussetts. Plus, it makes it to where someone who doesn't have insurance and gets cancer cannot be denied insurance when they try to get insurance after being diagnosed. You should be considerate for those who are not as fortunate. It isn't your place to have issue with the Affordable Healthcare act because it helps the nation's lower class, the people who need help to survive. Not all of them are lazy bums, some are truly just unfortunate.

So if this part of the 22nd Amendment is repealed Obama would have to be re-elected BY the people for a third term. Doesn't really sound like a dictatorship to me.

H.J.Res.15 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

President Obama said in a speech to supporters that he wished to seek an unprecedented 3rd term as Commander in Chief. He cited his exemplary work at bringing the country back from the brink of economic catastrophe much like former socially minded, populist leader Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Flanked by a few of his most ardent Democrat supporters in Congress he announced the urgency to repeal a portion of the Constitution which forbids the president from seeking a 3rd term. Democrats are already pushing forth legislation which should accomplish just that.

The 22nd amendment was put in place for a reason. So presidents couldn't become dictators and we all know Obama would. Personally I dont like Obama, never did. This would take it to far and would probably call upon a 2nd civil war.
