if i have played bf4 on my ps3 and im moving to xbox one, do i get to keep my rank with my origin account?

I believe you don't it is only for PS3-PS4 and 360-One.

I may be wrong though.

Buttershy is correct the rank transfer is between ps3 and ps4 and xbox 360 and xbox one.
