Greetings, Folks!!!

1.) I recently downloaded a gamesave from a good friend of mine. It was a grand theft auto IV 100% file that obviously had everything completed along with $500,000 that you acquire through one of the final missions in the game.

2.)I downloaded my friend's save because I did not want to re-complete the game to full completion as I have on my other account that I no longer wanted. I don't have that kind of time anymore, thus I downloaded my friend's gamesave.

3.)On my new account that I downloaded the gamesave on to already had the game completed, but I lack the achievements that you are supposed to have in order to get the key to the city achievement (100% game completion achievement), such as the endangered species achievement (acquire all 200 packages in the game).

4.)On a side note, the gamesave was not modified/glitched/hacked etc etc...

5.) Here's the kicker, when I first played on it, it gave me the achievement for 100% completion, and the achievement for earning $500,000.

6.) What I want to know is if there is anything negative in the Xbox code of conduct that would be related to this, and if I could be permanently banned for this.
