Did everyone get the elergy RH8 for free because I don't really see people using it even though its a good car

Everyone who signs up for R* social club has it, most people do not use it because they either have "rare" or modded cars in there garage. i for one, do use it. Its a pretty good car, until you buy a Bugatti that is.
