If you want,you could go with an AMD 8320,its newer than your current CPU and is a good overclocking,the 7950 should have no problem running BF4 on high and maybe ultra,and good be due to BF4 Beta stability issues.

Yep, that's why I'm looking at getting 16GB. But, it still should improve the gaming if I'm not mistaken? I might be wrong. I'm not the best with building PCs but I do my best.
there's virtually no use for more ram. I think 6gb is the sweet spot for gaming in this day and age. considering no game really pushes more than 4. so i should be fine for a while
