I was getting restless seeing all these topic about how to update your jtag/rgh in the most complicated fashion...
So I decided to make this topic about Xebuild server which does not require any file transfer or flashing no need for updflash.bin (which noobs always seem to mess up)
*This is copied directly from another site I take no credit for this I just have yet to see anyone post it here*
Update your RGH-Jtag to dash 16537 in 1 minute!
No flash drive or file transfers needed!
What you will need:
1. Your Jtag or RGH Console connected to the same network as your PC (Make sure your are connected to your Jtag/Rgh by connecting threw xbox 360 neighborhood....Or just make sure you can see your ip in xexmenu if you do not know how to use neighborhood.)
2. This file pack [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3. Dashlaunch v3.08 or Dashlaunch v3.10
How To:
Install/Update your dashlaunch to v3.08 or v3.09 (both have this feature, obviously best to use the newest)..
do this by moving the "Installer" folder to your choice drive and running the default.xex and update as it prompts.
allow the console to reboot and launch the program again.
Open the options section "Configurator" and scroll down to "updserv" and enable it, this is all we need to do on the console. ..Leave dashlaunch running right there **DO NOT EXIT DASHLAUNCH LEAVE IT OPEN** (don't save config) ;)

Now we move to the PC and extract the file pack from the download above, open the folder and find the file "UpdateMyConsole.bat" and click it, your updater will open , and less than a minute later your update will be done and flashed!,, including avatars!!

Yes that is it, no fuss , no mess , no drives swaps , no file transfers!!!!
Huge thanks to XeBuild team , and JPizzle for his tutorial on this,
I merely created the file pack and the .bat file to automate the process and cut out a lot of steps

Like I said this was put out not to long ago....And this will be updated for future dash updates!!!! So this is not just for 16537...
Not to mention i still see topics everyday about how do i update my jtag so i think it is still usefull thanks for your feedback tho

This might sound stupid but is a retailed xbox a normal xbox not jagged or no cause I want to host myself a mw2 challenge lobby but I'm a bit confused please reply

A retail xbox is a xbox with no modifications, so it can be bought retail. That's why it's called 'a retail'.

A retail xbox is a xbox with no modifications, so it can be bought retail. That's why it's called 'a retail'.
Thank you for clarifying that for him lol people just refer to regular STORE bought xboxs retails...
